Hi! I’m Caitlin!

I founded this company out of a passion for solving engineering challenges and providing exceptional client service.  With a degree in Civil Engineering from Washington State University and over a decade of experience in a variety of projects, including large concrete buildings, high-end custom homes, seismic retrofits, and numerous remodels, I bring a wide range of expertise to every project.

As a licensed Professional Engineer, I have the skills to tackle any project, big or small.  But what sets me apart is my commitment to my clients.  I believe that communication and collaboration are key to a successful project, and I work closely with my clients every step of the way to ensure that their vision is realized.

Engineering your dream project isn’t just my job – it’s my passion.  When I’m not working, you can find me spending time with my family, working on our homestead, or tackling our own home renovation projects.  I’m also passionate about improving the engineering profession for women and encouraging young people to follow their dreams and pursue careers they love.
